CSS This is what Central Superior Services means. CSS is the most well-known test for hiring the most educated, disciplined, and skilled people from all over Pakistan for the twelve different departments of the federal government. People who work for CSS are often called bureaucrats. In the cabinet,many of the civil bureaucratic functions are present like assistants and directorates at government level,are head of bureaucracy .This is the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) of Pakistan.” Every year, this test is given, and the results are made public.
